1. Organizer

This Referral Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Continental Tyre Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Continental”).

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid during the period as determined by Continental and will automatically end once the voucher stock is fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier.
Continental reserves the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to individual consumers who purchase General Tire products through participating channels.
• Employees of Continental, its affiliates, distributors, dealers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Campaign Mechanism

4.1 Referrer Qualification

• Purchase a minimum of two (2) pieces of General Tire.
• Upon successful purchase, the purchaser (“Referrer”) will receive one (1) unique referral code via the TCP App.

4.2 Referral Process

• The Referrer may share the referral code with another consumer (“Referee”).
• The Referee must:
  • Purchase a minimum of two (2) pieces of General Tire; and
  • Register on the TCP App and input the referral code during registration.
  • Any user who has been enrolled as a Referrer is not eligible to participate as a Referee.

4.3 Reward Entitlement

• Upon successful verification:
  • The Referrer will be entitled to RM80; and
  • The Referee will be entitled to RM80.
• The total reward value per successful referral is RM160.

5. Reward Conditions & Limitations

• Each consumer is entitled to one (1) referral code only.
• Each referral code can be used once only.
• Each consumer can be referred only once.
• Rewards are subject to verification and validation by Continental.
• The Campaign is subject to limited voucher availability and rewards will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis, while voucher stock lasts.

6. Reward Fulfilment

• Vouchers will be issued within fourteen (14) days after successful verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

7. Disqualification

Continental reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or revoke any referral incentive if any of the following is detected:

• Invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent registration;
• False information or abuse of the referral mechanism;
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Rights of the Organizer

• Continental reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Continental in relation to the Campaign are final and binding.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
